Job summary

Alabbar Enterprises is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to assist the Head Chef in back-of-house operations, food preparation, and daily shift activities. You will help ensure customer satisfaction through consistent food quality and presentation.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of proven work experience in a similar field with a known F&B property.
• Energetic self-starter with ability to adapt to a multi-cultural environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Capable of performing repetitious duties.
• Assist the Demi Chef de Partie and Chef de Partie in supporting culinary operations of a specific section.
• Maintain clear communications with the Demi Chef de Partie and senior staff.
• Produce products as instructed by senior staff and follow standard recipes and plating presentation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work station and ensure hygiene/safety procedures are followed.
