Job summary

OliOli Children's Museum in Dubai seeks a Commis to join the kitchen team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality food for guests. You will work alongside the kitchen staff, ensuring food prep meets OliOli's standards and supports a positive guest experience.

The role requires cooking experience, a passion for culinary detail, and a willingness to learn in a child-friendly, fast-paced environment. 6 days a week, including weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Commis or equivalent role in a culinary environment.
• Strong culinary skills with attention to detail and presentation.
• Pleasant and confident customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes as per the menu and recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations.
• Support the chef de partie and Chef in Charge in daily operations.
• Handle deliveries and inventory checks, ensuring quality and wastage control.
• Assist during peak hours to ensure timely service.
