Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Dubai is seeking a Commis Chef - Arabic Cuisine (Hot Kitchen) to join our catering team. The role is hourly, full-time and on-site, with duties focused on producing authentic Arabic dishes and supporting event services.

You will be responsible for maintaining Hyatt standards, delivering high-quality food, and providing courteous service in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Prior pastry or hot kitchen experience is valued for growth and excellence.

Competenze

• 1 year work experience as Commis Chef or 2 years as Apprentice in a hotel or restaurant with good standards
• Basic Culinary skills
• Good hygiene knowledge

The Commis Chef - Arabic Cuisine (Hot Kitchen) is responsible to prepare a consistent, high-quality food product and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards.

Qualifications

1 year work experience as Commis Chef or 2 years as Apprentice in a hotel or restaurant with good standards / Basic Culinary skills / good hygiene knowledge.
