Job summary

Sofitel Dubai Downtown, part of Accor, is seeking a Chef de Partie-level candidate to join its luxury kitchen team in Downtown Dubai. The role focuses on food preparation and cooking, plating, and presenting dishes, with responsibilities for receiving, storing, and rotating stock, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and safety.

• Takes orders from his/her Chef de Partie and carry them out in the correct manner
• Is responsible for completing the daily checklist regarding mise-en-place and food storage
