Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort is seeking a bakery/kitchen assistant to support preparation and service of food. You will maintain mise-en-place, follow recipes, and ensure high hygiene standards in a luxury hotel setting.

You will contribute to consistent product quality, assist with events and training, and uphold safety and sanitation practices in daily operations at our Ras Al Khaimah resort.

Formación

• Experience in a hotel, restaurant, or professional bakery is an advantage.
• Knowledge of bread, rolls, cakes, cookies, pastries, and basic desserts.
• Ability to measure ingredients accurately and follow standard recipes.
• Basic knowledge of dough preparation, mixing, proofing, and baking.
• Ability to operate ovens, mixers, and other bakery equipment safely.
• Knowledge of portion control, product presentation, and storage procedures.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food hygiene standards.
• Proper handwashing, sanitization, and personal grooming.
• Correct food labeling, date marking, temperature control, and FIFO stock rotation.
• Safe handling of bakery equipment and ingredients.

Continually look to recommend improvements and additions to the Minor Hotels presentation guidelines.· To keep all working areas clean and tidy to maintain hygienic surroundings.· Maintain food safety & protection.
