You will ensure financial discipline, contract compliance, and commercial optimization from pre-contract through final account, collaborating with senior management and procurement teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in commercial/contract management with leading main contractors in building construction.
• In-depth knowledge of contractual law, procurement, and cost control best practices.
• Proven leadership and negotiation skills with excellent commercial acumen.
• Strong familiarity with UAE construction regulations, client expectations, and local market trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Professional certification (e.g., MRICS, CIArb) is a plus.

• Manage all contracts and subcontracts, including drafting, negotiation, and administration.
• Lead development and execution of project-specific commercial strategies.
• Monitor and control project financials, including cost reports, claims, and forecasting.

• Supervise procurement activities and track costs vs. project budgets.
• Lead preparation and resolution of claims and disputes.
