Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Dubai seeks a hands-on Commercial & Procurement Executive to manage international supplier relationships and all related procurement activities. You will handle day-to-day supplier communication, accounts, shipping documents, and sourcing when needed.

Job description

We are looking for a hands-on Commercial & Procurement Executive to fully manage our international supplier relationships and handle all related commercial and procurement activities. The role focuses on day-to-day communication with overseas suppliers, managing their accounts, handling shipping documentation, and sourcing new suppliers when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with international suppliers end-to-end (regular communication, follow-ups, issue resolution, and performance monitoring)
• Handle supplier accounts (orders, payment follow-up, statements, and account management)
• Prepare, check, and process all shipping and commercial documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and related paperwork)
• Support and execute procurement activities for the company
• Source and evaluate new international suppliers for our products whenever needed
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, warehouse) on deliveries, documentation, and commercial matters
• Maintain accurate records of all supplier communications, documents, and transactions
• Assist with any other commercial and procurement tasks as required

• Experience in commercial, procurement, or supplier management (preferably with international suppliers)
• Familiarity with shipping documents and international trade documentation
• Strong communication skills (written and spoken English is essential)
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple supplier accounts
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and email)
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
