Role Context

This role drives procurement and commercial operations for complex capital projects. It aligns sourcing strategies, tender processes, and supplier engagement with project goals, supporting cost control, risk mitigation, and efficient contract execution while maintaining compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop procurement strategies and implementation plans aligned with project delivery objectives.
• Manage full tender lifecycle including EOI, prequalification, RFP, and contract award processes.
• Prepare and review tender documentation while coordinating responses to bidder queries.
• Evaluate technical and commercial proposals and produce recommendation reports.
• Conduct market analysis and build strong supplier and contractor networks.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across internal teams and external partners.
• Assess contract conditions and contractor pricing to ensure value and compliance.
• Monitor procurement risks and develop mitigation strategies for supply‑chain challenges.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, ethics, and safety standards.
• Provide leadership to procurement teams, including mentoring and performance management.
• Deliver regular reporting on procurement progress, risks, and opportunities.

Ideal Profile
