Mace Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior commercial manager to lead the commercial management of work packages. You will report to the project commercial lead and ensure robust cost control, risk reporting and value engineering to protect project margins.

Key tasks include managing subcontract packages from procurement to final account, delivering commercial reporting, and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to drive net zero objectives. MRICS and JCT knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold quantity surveying degree and MRICS.
• Experience with commercial reporting and cost control.
• Proven leadership of client and stakeholder teams.
• Knowledge of JCT contracts.

• Manage end-to-end project delivery and maintain quality systems.
• Oversee budgets, risks, and governance for long-term sustainability.
• Lead project teams, drive performance and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage subcontract packages from procurement to final account.
• Lead commercial reporting, cost control, change management, risk & opportunity.
• Protect project margins through mitigation, value engineering and cost reduction.
• Collaborate across disciplines to support carbon reduction and net zero goals.
