seeks an experienced Commercial Manager with a strong background in building construction to lead commercial operations, contract administration, cost control, and project financial performance. You will manage budgeting, review BOQs, oversee QS activities, handle variations and claims, monitor costs and risks, and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver settlements and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in commercial management within the construction industry.
• Mandatory UAE building construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, BOQs, QS, variations, and claims management.
• Good understanding of UAE construction practices, subcontract agreements, and final account settlements.
• Excellent commercial negotiation, analytical, and team management skills.
