Job summary

iSystems Ltd in the United Arab Emirates seeks a senior Telecom Commercial Strategy professional with 8+ years in strategy, performance, or consulting. You will lead KPI frameworks, dashboards, and governance across multiple teams, applying data/AI trends to commercial models.

The ideal candidate combines telecom domain depth with strong Excel, Power BI and presentation skills, and a proven ability to communicate executive-level insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in commercial strategy, business performance, PMO or management consulting.
• Telecom industry experience in fixed connectivity (fibre, broadband, enterprise connectivity) and/or mobile (consumer and B2B).
• Solid understanding of telecom performance metrics and commercial models.
• Proven experience in management reporting, including building performance dashboards and KPI frameworks.
• Hands-on proficiency in Power BI or similar BI tools (Tableau, Qlik), plus advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• A track record of preparing and presenting executive-level presentations and storylines.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, covering P&L, business cases, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Experience leading portfolio governance across multiple teams.
• Awareness of current trends in Data and AI, including analytics automation and generative AI, and how to apply them in a commercial setting.
