Job summary

The Happiness Company is seeking a Senior Luxury Sales Director based in Dubai to lead the commercial strategy for our MyOcean superyacht charter sales and management divisions. You will drive revenue growth, build corporate partnerships, and oversee the sales team across all verticals.

With 7+ years in luxury sales, charter, or high-end travel at a senior level and a proven track record of building and leading commercial teams, you should have an existing UHNW network and native English
