AHS Properties, a Dubai-based luxury real estate firm, seeks an experienced Commercial Director to lead the company’s commercial strategy and maximize revenue opportunities across a premium portfolio.

The role requires 7–10 years in senior commercial leadership within Dubai/UAE real estate, with a proven track record of hitting growth targets and strong negotiation skills. A deep UHNW network will be highly valuable for success.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of proven experience in commercial leadership or senior commercial roles.
• Strong experience within Dubai/UAE real estate, preferably luxury or ultra-luxury.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue and business growth targets.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with data-driven decision making.
• Established network of UHNWIs, investors, developers, family offices or strategic real estate stakeholders is highly desirable.
• Experience negotiating high-value commercial agreements and partnerships.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills.
• Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, dynamics, and competitive landscape.

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Commercial Director to lead the company’s commercial strategy, maximize revenue opportunities, and drive sustainable business growth across our portfolio.

Role Overview

The Commercial Director will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s overall commercial strategy, identifying new revenue opportunities, strengthening strategic partnerships, and driving business performance.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of the Dubai luxury real estate market, excellent commercial acumen, proven leadership capabilities, and a strong network of high-net-worth individuals, investors, developers, and strategic partners.

• 7–10 years of proven experience in commercial leadership, business development, sales, or a similar senior commercial role.
• Strong experience within Dubai/UAE real estate, preferably luxury or ultra-luxury real estate.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue and business growth targets.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to evaluate opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
• Established network of UHNWIs, investors, developers, family offices, or strategic real estate stakeholders is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in negotiating high-value commercial agreements and partnerships.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
