Job Summary

The Commercial Data Management Leader EurAsia is responsible for establishing and maintaining a trusted source of truth for commercial data across customer product pricing and related master data domains. This role leads data governance data quality and data integration efforts to ensure accurate consistent and reliable data is available to support commercial decision-making and business growth. The role partners closely with IT Finance and commercial stakeholders to define standards improve data integrity and enable scalable automated data flows across systems.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Define and lead the commercial data management strategy governance framework and operating model.
• Own master data standards and controls for customer product pricing and related commercial datasets.
• Establish clear policies for data entry ownership privacy compliance and data stewardship.
• Partner with IT Finance and business SMEs to ensure data integration across CRM ERP and marketing platforms.
• Drive automation of data flows and reduce manual handling of key commercial data processes.
• Monitor data quality issues identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support commercial teams in understanding using and maintaining master data correctly.
• Promote a culture of data accountability and disciplined data governance across the organization.

Education and Experience

• Bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Significant experience in data management master data governance or commercial data operations.
• Proven experience working across business and technology teams in a matrixed environment.
• Experience with CRM ERP and related commercial platforms preferred.
• Strong understanding of data quality data stewardship and integration principles.
• Experience in a regulated or global organization is an advantage.

Working Relationships

• Reports to: VP for Business Operations EurAsia Enablers
• Key internal relationships include Business Operations leadership IT Finance commercial SMEs and commercial leadership.
• Works closely with regional global and functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on data standards and priorities.
• May engage external vendors or system partners supporting data platforms and integrations.
