Job summary

micro1, a leading AI data lab, seeks an experienced legal professional in Dubai to draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, with a focus on data licensing, technology transactions and marketing contracts.

You will support vendor and partnership agreements, statements of work and NDAs, and collaborate with internal teams to translate legal risk into actionable business guidance in a fast-paced, highly asynchronous environment.

• Significant experience with sophisticated commercial and technology agreements.
