Role Requirements

• Investment Sourcing: Identify and obtain high-quality investment opportunities for the purchase or lease of ready commercial properties through key industry contacts.


• Vacancy Management: Ensure property rentals by effectively advertising and filling commercial vacancies.


• Client Liaison: Manage client relationships to understand their unique business requirements and provide suitable property solutions.


• Documentation: Prepare lease agreements and all necessary legal documents accurately.


• Administrative Excellence: Follow up on all paperwork and ensure up-to-date information is entered into our database systems.

What You’ll Need
