Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to prepare weekly/monthly leasing reports.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for high-net-worth clients.
• Proven ability to maintain effective relationships with owners, developers, and corporate clients.
• Meticulous record-keeping of properties, clients, and landlords.
• Proactive mindset with drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and obtain high-quality investment opportunities for purchase or lease.
• Advertise and fill commercial vacancies to ensure consistent rentals.
• Manage client relationships to understand business requirements and provide solutions.
• Prepare lease agreements and all necessary legal documents accurately.
• Follow up on paperwork and keep database information up to date.
