Property Finder is hiring an Associate, Commercial Analytics in Dubai to join the Strategy & Analytics team. You will transform complex data into clear commercial narratives that demonstrate product value and ROI, supporting revenue growth.

The role sits at the intersection of Analytics, Product, and Sales; you will develop client-specific recommendations with Account Managers to accelerate product adoption and drive measurable commercial impact.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years in consulting, business analytics, or related roles within a tech company or top-tier consulting firm.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, able to translate data into commercially relevant insights.
• Experience building analytical models, value frameworks, and executive-ready presentations.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies and data-quality issues.
• Experience presenting to senior audiences and creating clear, persuasive storytelling.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work across multiple functions.
• Fluent in English; strong data storytelling skills.
• Strong communication and independent, proactive work style.

Responsibilities

• Build executive-ready presentations and commercial narratives with Account Managers; identify opportunities to improve customer performance.
• Create data-driven sales stories that unlock growth opportunities across customer segments.
• Equip Sales teams with fact-based differentiation, value propositions, and objection-handling insights.
• Articulate product value through data and tailor recommendations to stakeholder needs.
• Diagnose product-adoption gaps and usage friction using performance data and behavioural insights.
• Identify internal and client-facing opportunities to maximise ROI for customers.
• Translate account plans into product-led adoption strategies aligned with customer goals.
• Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for informed decision-making.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking using usage, performance, and market data to identify differentiation and growth.
• Deliver high-priority analysis and reporting for the Commercial team; ensure outputs are accurate and timely.
• Develop tools and processes to improve Commercial team productivity and address recurring business challenges.
