As an Associate Commercial Analyst, you will help guide the sales team in improving processes, services, products, and software through analysis. You will share a continuous focus on growth with the business leaders and will be co-responsible

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2-3 years of work experience in a strategy/business analytics/sales enablement role.
• Experience in e-commerce, internet and/or digital media.
• Proficient in SQL.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / BI Dashboard Tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Commercial and financial concepts.
• Ability to crunch heavy data and translate into insights.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support target-setting and track performance for sales verticals.
• Build, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports.
• Perform deep-dive analysis on large datasets to identify opportunities.
• Monitor competitor performance and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Sales.
• Develop self-service reporting tools for business users.
• Design executive dashboards and client proposals.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis with Strategy and Finance teams.
• Monitor commercial performance and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Work with Central Data Team to ensure timely analytics support.
• Spend time on the sales floor to understand business challenges and drive improvements.
• Attend client meetings to provide analytical insights and data-driven recommendations.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity of reports.
• Drive automation to improve reporting efficiency.
• Deliver analytics projects within timelines and manage priorities.
