Property Finder hires an Associate, Commercial Analytics to join its Strategy & Analytics team in Dubai. You will transform complex data into clear commercial narratives that demonstrate product value, ROI, and competitive advantage.

You will work with Account Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to develop client-specific recommendations that improve customer performance and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in consulting, business analytics, or sales analytics at a tech company or top-tier firm.
• Ability to translate data into commercially relevant insights.
• Experience building analytical models, value frameworks, and executive-ready presentations.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality.
• Experience developing senior-level presentations and persuasive storylines.
• Fluency in English; ability to influence stakeholders.

About the role

Property Finder is seeking an Associate, Commercial Analytics to join its Strategy & Analytics team.

This role sits at the intersection of Analytics, Product, and Sales. You will transform complex data into clear commercial narratives that demonstrate product value, return on investment, and competitive advantage.

Working closely with Account Managers and other cross-functional stakeholders, you will develop client-specific recommendations that improve customer performance, accelerate product adoption, and support sustainable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build executive-ready presentations and compelling commercial narratives in partnership with Account Managers, identifying opportunities to improve customer performance.
• Create data-driven sales stories that unlock growth opportunities across all customer segments.
• Equip Sales teams with fact-based differentiation, value propositions, and objection-handling insights.
• Articulate product value through data, tailoring recommendations to different stakeholder needs and priorities.
• Diagnose product-adoption gaps and usage friction using performance data and behavioural insights.
• Identify internal and client-facing opportunities to help customers maximise their return on investment.
• Translate account plans into product-led adoption strategies aligned with customer goals.
• Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that enable informed decision-making and measurable commercial impact.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking using product-usage, performance, and market data to identify areas of differentiation and growth.
• Deliver high-priority analysis and reporting for the Commercial team, ensuring outputs are accurate, timely, and decision-ready.
• Develop tools and processes that improve Commercial team productivity and help solve recurring business challenges.

About you

• You have 4–7 years of experience in consulting, business analytics, commercial analytics, sales enablement, or a related role within a reputable technology company or top-tier management consulting firm.
• You possess exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into commercially relevant insights.
• You have proven experience building analytical models, value frameworks, and executive-ready presentations.
• You demonstrate excellent attention to detail and can quickly identify inconsistencies, issues, and data-quality problems.
• You have experience developing presentations for senior audiences and creating a clear, persuasive storyline.
• You are comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and working across multiple functions.
• You are a clear and confident communicator with strong data-storytelling skills.
• You are dynamic, focused, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• You can operate independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• You are fluent in English.
• Strong SQL knowledge is highly desirable but not essential.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree from a leading institution, such as an IIT, NIT, BITS, DTU, NSIT, or PEC.
• A postgraduate degree from an institution such as an IIM, XLRI, ISB, SP Jain, or MDI is preferred.
