Job summary

Fulkrum, based in Abu Dhabi, seeks a Commercial Analyst to support bids, tenders, and client onboarding. You will help prepare rate cards, update registrations, and assist the sales team with project details and presentation materials.

You will review contracts, manage vendor qualifications, and coordinate BD event summaries, delivering accurate documentation and efficient cross‑functional communication.

Our Abu Dhabi office in the UAE is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Analystto join our dynamic team.

Main Duties (include but not limited to):

• Support the Commercial Lead, Head of Commercial, and Commercial Specialist with the bid and tender preparation process (i.e., screening/summary, TOR, tender forms, and deliverables).
• Leadership of EOI, market surveys, and tender prequalification.
• Review the draft contract/agreement, discuss issues and challenges with the Commercial Specialist (e.g., Qualification log completion if required), and ensure effective communication of negotiation points with clients as appropriate.
• Complete vendor qualification, supplier registration, and due diligence processes.
• Update the registrations, and memberships/subscriptions (i.e., Achilles, Veriforce, SEQual, iSNetworld, Ariba etc.) as/when required.
• Fulfil the new client onboarding process responsibilities and update the Contracts Register.
• Support the Commercial Lead, Head of Commercial, and Commercial Specialist with the preparation of the Client’s rate cards.
• Update the Internal Rate Card/Guide and Group Project experience when required.
• Support the Commercial Lead and Head of Commercial with the BD events’ summaries and contacts.
• Support the sales team with project details andprepare presentation material and other information required for the company’s business development.
• Issue and update HSE statistics, forms, draft contracts, and other documents as required.
