Job summary

ExecuJet Middle East seeks a Commander for the Dassault Falcon 7X to lead flight operations from Dubai (DXB). The role requires an ATPL with a current Falcon 7X type rating, 4,000 total hours, and 1,000 PIC hours, with 500 on the type. Fluency in English is essential, with CRM focus and high safety standards.

The Commander will ensure airworthiness, coordinate with passengers and owners, brief on route and weather, and uphold ExecuJet branding and procedures across all flights.

Qualifications

• ATPL with current Falcon 7X type rating is required.
• Total flight time of at least 4,000 hours.
• PIC time at least 1,000 hours.
• Jet time at least 2,000 hours.
• 500 hours of on-type experience (Falcon 7X).
• Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Commander’s duties as per OM-A.
• Liaise with passengers or aircraft owner if defects or issues affect the schedule.
• Ensure aircraft is airworthy and paperwork is in order before departure.
• Maintain a safe, professional onboard environment with strong CRM.
• Brief passengers on journey time and weather; handle passenger documentation.
• Ensure crew appearance and protect the company image at all times.
• Report abnormalities and incidents through the approved channels.
• Promote a just management culture and comply with internal/external rules.

Additional languages would be advantageous.IT Skills Basic Skills – Microsoft OfficeKey Responsibilities:• Commander's duties and responsibilities as per OM-A• Liaise with passengers or aircraft owner, when an aircraft defect or other operational issue may affect the aircrafts schedule; Be responsible for the aircraft in accordance with EJME Operations Manuals, including but not limited to; Operating Procedures, SOPs, Flight time limitations and Safety;• Be familiar with company OI's/CMs etc and Civil Aviation regulations for which the aircraft is registered, and operate accordingly;• Be responsible for all decisions made on board the aircraft; aircraft paperwork is in order before departure; aircraft is airworthy before departure;• Create a safe and professional environment on-board with emphasis on good CRM;• Ensure that the passengers travel documents are correct before departure;• Has ultimate responsibility for the passenger, and that the passengers adhere to Flight Attendant's instructions.
