Job summary

ExecuJet Middle East seeks a First Officer – Global 8000 for a Dubai-based role. You will assist PIC, ensure regulatory compliance, and support safe, on-time flight operations while maintaining a professional onboard environment.

The role requires ATPL with Type Rating, 1,500 hours total time (1,000 multi-engine, 500 jet, 200 on type) and fluent English. Prior corporate aviation experience is valued; rostered with leave allocation.

Qualifications

• ATPL with current Type Rating is required.
• Total time 1,500 hours with 1,000 hours multi-engine, 500 hours jet and 200 hours time on type.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are advantageous.
• Familiarity with safety, SOPs and CRM practices is essential.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with PIC/Lead Commander and passengers when an aircraft defect or other issue may affect schedule.
• Ensure aircraft is operated in accordance with EJME Private Operations Manual and relevant regulations.
• Assist PIC with pre-departure paperwork and airworthiness checks.
• Maintain safety, discipline, and professional onboard environment with strong CRM.
• Provide passenger safety briefings and keep passengers informed during flight.

Additional languages would be advantageous.IT SkillsBasic Skills – Microsoft OfficeKey Responsibilities:-Liaise with PIC / Lead Commander and passengers when an aircraft defect or other operational issue may affect the aircrafts schedule.-Be responsible for the aircraft IAW EJME Private Operations Manual, depending on aircraft registry, including but not limited to, Operations, FDP and Safety.-Ensure that the aircraft is operated i.a.w.
