Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) in Abu Dhabi seeks a results-driven legal case coordinator to manage matters with external law firms and track case progress through ADGM courts and related processes.

The role requires coordinating with vendors, ensuring timely filings, and maintaining updated legal flags in the system. A bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years' banking experience are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant banking/financial sector experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with law firms for new cases assigned to ADGM court and other case types; track progress across stages.
• Back up for team members as needed, including handling notices and repos/cheques.
• Monitor vendors (law firms) for assigned cases, especially AUH cases.
• Liaise with law firms to file cases per agreed turnaround times and provide required documents.
• Attend expert meetings; review commentaries and memos; update systems and legal flags for all cases.
• Handle referred requests and escalations related to collections; drive resolutions with relevant teams.
