First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) in Abu Dhabi seeks a Legal Operations professional to process requests from UAE police and legal authorities, including account and amount blocking, and to assist in fraud investigations across debit/credit/payit Wallet and CCTV footage requests.

You will coordinate with internal teams, ensure compliance with bank policies, and support reporting, process improvement, and stakeholder queries while safeguarding confidentiality and data security.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in Legal Operations.
• Good knowledge of banking policies and procedures.
• Arabic language proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Process requests from UAE police and legal authorities, including blocking accounts and funds.
• Investigate fraud-related inquiries across cards, Payit Wallet, transactions, and CCTV footage.
• Coordinate with internal departments to obtain information for investigations.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare timely reports and management information.
• Support continuous improvement, automation, and stakeholder queries.
