Responsibilities

• Prepare special meals or substitute items. Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters.
• Pull food from freezer storage to thaw in the refrigerator and ensure proper portioning and garnish.
• Maintain food logs and monitor quality/quantity of prepared foods.
• Inform Chef of excess food items for daily specials and update staff on menu specials.
