A Group's partner institute in Dubai is seeking a motivated Coach/Trainer to plan and deliver training programs, guide participants, assess performance, and support continuous skill development. The role may involve classroom, practical, or on-the-job coaching depending on the training area.

You will design materials, monitor progress, provide feedback, and collaborate with management to align training with organizational goals.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant coaching/training qualification or certification.
• Experience as a Coach, Trainer, Instructor, or similar role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to motivate and guide individuals or groups.
• UAE experience is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Plan, prepare, and deliver training sessions and coaching programs.
• Provide practical guidance and demonstrations to trainees.
• Assess participants’ skills, performance, and progress.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching for improvement.
• Develop training materials, activities, and lesson plans.
• Monitor attendance, participation, and training progress.
• Maintain accurate trainee records and assessment reports.
• Identify individual training needs and skill gaps.
• Motivate participants and create a positive learning environment.
• Ensure training activities follow appropriate safety procedures.
• Coordinate with management regarding training schedules and requirements.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Keep training materials and methods updated.
• Perform other training-related duties assigned by management.
