Job summary

METAL FORMS FZ LLC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking an entry-level CNC Trutops Programmer & Operator. The ideal candidate has a diploma in CNC programming and at least 1 year of experience with TRUBEND, TRULASER, and TRUPUNCH.

Responsibilities include programming Trutops, fixture setup, and maintaining equipment for safe, efficient production. The role is full-time, morning shift, and based in Dubai Production City.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience with TRUBEND, TRULASER & TRUPUNCH.
• Programming with Trutops and fixtures.
• Set up cutting operations and beam focal point adjustments.
• Perform prescribed machine maintenance as required.
• Report defective materials or quality issues to supervisor.
• Safety awareness and quality system knowledge.
• Must be located in the UAE.

• Establish proper stop location, adjust laser beam focal point.
• Make proper set-ups for cutting operations.

• Perform prescribed maintenance as required.
• Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisor.
• With training in general safety, foreign damage, awareness and quality system awareness.
• May perform a variety of other tasks as production needs required
