Job summary

METAL FORMS FZ LLC in Dubai is seeking a CNC Pressbreak Programmer & Operator with at least 1 year of experience. The role focuses on Trutops programming with 2D/3D capabilities, setting up for cutting operations, and maintaining fixtures and tools.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Program CNC press brakes using Trutops for 2D/3D parts.
• Set up machines, fixtures, and tooling for cutting operations.
• Establish proper stop locations and laser beam focal points.
• Perform routine maintenance and report defects to supervisor.
• Produce parts meeting quality and safety requirements.

Responsible for programming ( Trutops ,nesting , 2D ,3D and proper fixtures.)

Establish proper stop location, adjust laser beam focal point.

Make proper set-ups for cutting operations.

Perform prescribed maintenance as required.

Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisor.

With training in general safety, foreign damage, awareness and quality system awareness.

May perform a variety of other tasks as production needs required
