Woopel is seeking an experienced CNC Operator in Abu Dhabi to join a fast-paced metalworking team. The role requires operating CNC machines, reading engineering drawings, and ensuring product quality and safety standards are met daily.

You will troubleshoot equipment, adjust setups as needed, and maintain accurate production records while contributing to a dynamic, well-established company environment in the UAE.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in metalworking or CNC operations.

Job Description:

As a CNC Operator you will be responsible for operating various computer numerical controlled machine tools to produce precision parts and components according to specifications on different types of materials such as steel, aluminum, etc. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting malfunctions and testing finished products for quality assurance purposes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate and maintain CNC machines as needed
• Monitor production processes, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
• Read blueprints or engineering specifications to determine setup requirements for each job
• Troubleshoot malfunctions on equipment and make necessary repairs or adjustments
• Inspect finished parts or components for accuracy using measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, etc - Make necessary changes or adjustments to ensure consistent quality of products
• Maintain detailed records of production activities including downtime logs
