Job summary

ROShell in Fujairah, UAE, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead CNC-controlled filament winding and milling operations. You will program, set up and optimize processes, supervise shifts, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery for FRP vessels and related components.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years CNC programming experience, plus 2+ years in production supervision, with hands-on knowledge of FANUC and Siemens controls and a diploma or degree in mechanical/manufacturing fields.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical/manufacturing/mechatronics/production engineering.
• Valid CNC programming certificate is mandatory.
• Certification or formal training in FANUC and Siemens CNC programming preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years CNC programming experience.
• At least 2 years of production supervision or team-lead experience.
• FANUC and Siemens control systems experience.
• CNC milling-programming and production setup experience required.
• Filament-winding/FRP vessel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up and optimize CNC-controlled filament winding and milling machines using FANUC and Siemens controls.
• Supervise daily production activities to meet output, quality, safety and delivery targets.
• Prepare daily production plans and allocate operators, machines, materials and tools.
• Monitor hourly and daily output against targets and ensure program adherence.
• Maintain records of machine parameters, revisions and inspections and coordinate with QA/QC.
