Job summary

EDGE Group in the UAE seeks a Lead CNC Machine Operator based in Abu Dhabi to lead machining setup, production, and supervise a CNC team ensuring parts meet customer specifications.

Qualifications

• BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Certificate or diploma in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Strong Programming experience is a must.
• Computer programming & CAD/CAM Software.

Responsibilities

• Use of a variety of CNC machining tools and precision measuring devices to produce parts to specifications.
• Set up, production, and maintenance of CNC horizontal/vertical milling and turning centers.
• Supervise the CNC team to ensure all operations are performed to a high standard.
• Follow NC Management according to QMS requirements.
• Carry out set up or changeover of legacy production.
• Maintain Consumables and raise with manager in case of shortage.
