Sundus in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will program, set up and operate CNC milling, turning, drilling and machining centres to produce precision aerospace components, while following strict tolerances and 5S workplace standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of relevant experience, can read engineering drawings, and work a 5-day week. You will coordinate with engineers and quality inspectors to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of CNC machining experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and machining instructions.
• Experience with first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks.
• Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing standards and 5S.

Responsabilidades

• Operate CNC milling, turning, drilling and machining centres to manufacture precision components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specs and machining instructions.
• Set up CNC machines by installing tools, fixtures and workpieces and selecting parameters.
• Load CNC programs and adjust machining parameters, tool offsets and cutting speeds.
• Monitor operations to ensure dimensions and tolerances are met.
• Perform first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks with Vernier calipers, micrometers and gauges.
• Maintain production records, logs and inspection reports.
• Follow aerospace standards, safety procedures and 5S practices.
• Coordinate with production engineers, quality inspectors and maintenance teams.
• Minimize material waste and achieve production targets while preserving quality.

Position: CNC Operator

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

We re looking for a passionate and skilled CNC Operator to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines such as CNC milling, CNC turning, drilling and machining centres to manufacture precision components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, technical specifications and machining instructions.
• Set up CNC machines by installing tools, fixtures, workpieces and selecting appropriate machining parameters.
• Load CNC programs and make necessary adjustments to machining parameters, tool offsets and cutting speeds.
• Monitor machine operations and ensure components are manufactured according to specified dimensions and tolerances.
• Perform first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks using measuring instruments such as Vernier callipers, micrometres, gauges and other precision tools.
• Maintain production records, machine logs, inspection reports and job completion documentation.
• Follow aerospace manufacturing standards, safety procedures, quality requirements and workplace 5S practices.
• Coordinate with production engineers, quality inspectors and maintenance teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Ensure minimal material wastage and achieve production targets while maintaining product quality.

Requirements

Working Days: 05 days/week

Experience Required: Minimum 03 years in relevant field.
