Qualifications

• Experience with CNC machines.
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to CNC work.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to read blueprints and other technical documents.
• Ability to lift and move light materials up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Setting up CNC machines according to instructions from drawings or computer programs.
• Inspecting finished parts for accuracy, quality, and consistency.
• Troubleshooting malfunctions in machinery or tooling.
• Adjusting machine settings as directed by engineering specifications.
• Operating multiple CNC machines simultaneously.
• Maintaining records related to machine performance and maintenance.
