Job summary

Work corp in Abu-Dhabi is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The role involves setting up and operating CNC machines, following blueprints and process instructions, and ensuring product dimensions meet specifications.

The successful candidate will work full-time in Abu-Dhabi with a monthly salary of 1,100 AED plus benefits. Immigrant applicants are welcome; safety, accuracy, and consistent production quality are essential.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Technical degree preferred.
Previous experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing setting preferred.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, drawings, and specifications accurately.
Excellent knowledge of machine shop mathematics and measuring techniques.
Ability to troubleshoot malfunctions with minimal assistance.

Responsibilities

Set up and program CNC machines according to provided instructions.
Monitor machines during operation to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
Troubleshoot and diagnose machine malfunctions.
Make adjustments or minor repairs to machines as needed.
Load materials into machines and adjust feed rates, speeds, and depths of cuts.
Measure finished products using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
Ensure that all safety guidelines are followed.
Maintain accurate records of production output.
