Job summary

Avanta Works in Abu-Dhabi is seeking an experienced CNC operator to join our manufacturing team. You will operate and maintain CNC machines to shape metal and plastics, ensuring accuracy and safety while meeting production targets.

Requires at least 1 year of CNC experience, ability to read technical drawings, and perform routine maintenance. Salary is 1500 AED per month, with a stable on-site work schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience operating a CNC machine.
• Working knowledge of metal fabrication methods including cutting, drilling, grinding and finishing processes.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately.
• Proven track record of meeting production targets consistently.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program and operate the CNC machine
• Read blueprints, drawings or work orders to determine product specifications or instructions
• Inspect parts for accuracy using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
• Enter commands into the CNC machine to produce parts according to specifications
• Monitor machine operations during the process and make adjustments as needed
• Load raw materials into machines, set tooling parameters, adjust speeds/feeds, etc.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on machines regularly
