Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our client s manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of machining practices tooling and measurement techniques and must ensure product quality while maintaining safety and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe milling VMC/HMC) to produce parts as per design specifications.
  

• Interpret technical drawings blueprints and work instructions to determine machining operations.
  

• Load raw materials and tooling into machines and perform initial setups.
  

• Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments to maintain tolerance and quality.
  

• Perform regular inspection of finished components using precision measuring instruments (e.g. micrometers calipers gauges).
  

• Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary corrections.
  

• Maintain accurate documentation of production output inspections and maintenance logs.
  

• Perform routine maintenance on machines and ensure a clean and safe work environment.
  

• Follow safety protocols and report any equipment malfunctions or hazards.
  

• Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to meet targets and reduce downtime.
  

Essential Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related trade (Machinist / Fitter / Tool & Die).
  

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience operating CNC machines.
  

• Familiarity with CNC control systems such as Fanuc Siemens or Haas.
  

Skills Required:

• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and machining symbols.
  

• Strong knowledge of CNC machining operations tooling feeds and speeds.
