Job summary

Syner-G BioPharma Group in Dubai seeks a senior Project Manager to lead integrated CMC workstreams across drug substance, drug product, analytics, quality, and regulatory activities. You will coordinate end-to-end clinical supplies, forecast demand, schedule manufacturing, and manage inventory.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a life sciences field and at least five years of pharmaceutical PM experience, with strong Microsoft Project skills and vendor oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years PM experience in pharmaceutical development or CMC.
• Experience in clinical supplies management and vendor management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated CMC project plans and timelines across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate end-to-end clinical supplies operations including demand forecasting and inventory management.
• Oversee packaging and labeling for investigational products ensuring GMP compliance.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and program financials.
• Lead project risk management to mitigate timelines or quality issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners (CDMOs/CMOs).
• Prepare and communicate project status reports and dashboards for clients and internal stakeholders.
