Job summary

Arcera, headquartered in Abu Dhabi, UAE, seeks an experienced Supply Chain professional to manage end-to-end planning in Dubai. You will drive demand and supply planning, optimize inventory, and lead S&OP under the Head of Supply Chain, GCC.

Responsibilities include coordinating demand with Sales and Marketing, updating SAP with forecasts, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring timely orders and launches while mitigating supply risks in a dynamic pharma environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of Supply Chain experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in SAP; SAP expertise is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, reports, and KPIs.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end demand activities to ensure product availability and optimal inventory levels.
• Develop accurate demand forecasts with inputs from Sales, Marketing, Finance, retailers and other stakeholders.
• Consolidate demand forecasts and ensure timely updates in SAP.
• Prepare and monitor Demand and Supply Planning KPIs and drive corrective actions.
• Manage finished goods ordering and ensure timely supply from appropriate sources.
• Collaborate with Regulatory and regional teams to mitigate supply disruptions.
