InterContinental Abu Dhabi is seeking a Club Lounge Attendant to join our Food & Beverage team. You will deliver personalised service to Club InterContinental guests, ensuring an exclusive, memorable experience reflecting luxury hospitality.

You will manage lounge operations, prepare and present displays, assist with service, maintain cleanliness, and collaborate with Kitchen, Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless, high-standard guest experiences.

Formación

• Experience in F&B service, ideally in hotel Club Lounge or luxury setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent grooming and professional etiquette.
• Knowledge of F&B service standards, buffet presentation, and guest interaction.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally.
• Deliver attentive, anticipatory service meeting guest needs and preferences.
• Assist with daily operation of the Club Lounge for smooth service.
• Prepare and replenish food and beverage displays according to standards.
• Serve food and drinks promptly with high presentation quality.
• Maintain lounge cleanliness and presentation across areas.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with relevant teams.
• Know menu items, ingredients and dietary requirements to assist guests.
• Recognise VIPs and preferences to tailor experiences.
• Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Stewarding, Front Office and other departments for seamless operations.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and sanitation throughout service periods.
• Follow service procedures and hotel grooming standards.
• Assist with lounge setup and closing duties.

Job Description

InterContinental Abu Dhabi is seeking a professional, attentive, and service-oriented Club Lounge Attendant to join our Food & Beverage team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering personalised service to our Club InterContinental guests, ensuring an exclusive, comfortable, and memorable experience that reflects the hotels commitment to luxury hospitality.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you will mainly be responsible for

• Welcome Club InterContinental guests warmly and professionally, creating a personalised and inviting atmosphere.
• Deliver attentive, anticipatory service while ensuring guests needs and preferences are consistently met.
• Assist with the daily operation of the Club Lounge, ensuring service runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Prepare, arrange, and replenish food and beverage displays in accordance with hotel standards.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, maintaining excellent presentation and service quality.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the lounge, including dining areas, service stations, and buffet displays.
• Monitor food and beverage levels throughout service and coordinate timely replenishment with the relevant teams.
• Familiarise yourself with menu items, ingredients, and dietary requirements to provide accurate information and assist guests accordingly.
• Recognise VIPs, returning guests, and individual preferences to deliver thoughtful and personalised experiences.
• Respond to guest enquiries, special requests, and feedback with professionalism, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly.
• Coordinate with the Kitchen, Stewarding, Front Office, and other departments to ensure seamless lounge operations.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are consistently maintained throughout all service periods.
• Follow established service procedures, grooming standards, and hotel policies at all times.
• Assist with the preparation and closing of the lounge, including setting up service areas and completing assigned duties.
• Maintain a strong awareness of the hotels facilities, services, and experiences to confidently assist guests with their enquiries.

What we need from you

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably in a hotel Club Lounge or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for guest service.
• Excellent grooming, presentation, and professional etiquette.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards, buffet presentation, and guest interaction.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver attentive, personalised service.
• A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
