UAE Healthcare Facility in the UAE is seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to assess, diagnose, and provide psychological interventions for individuals facing mental health, emotional, and behavioral challenges. The role involves conducting assessments, delivering evidence-based psychotherapy, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring ethical, confidential care.

Formación

• Postgraduate qualification in Clinical Psychology is required.
• Experience with psychological assessments and delivering evidence-based interventions is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Knowledge of psychological disorders, diagnostic assessment, and treatment approaches is expected.
• Eligibility for UAE healthcare licence (DHA/DOH/MOHAP) subject to qualification and scope-of-practice rules.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct psychological assessments, clinical interviews, and psychometric evaluations.
• Assess and manage mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues.
• Develop and deliver individualized, evidence-based psychotherapy plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Provide counselling, psychoeducation, and coping strategies to patients and families.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Maintain confidential records and adhere to professional ethics.
• Refer patients for further assessment when indicated.
