Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a recognised postgraduate qualification in Clinical Psychology.
• Valid DOH licence as a Clinical Psychologist, or eligibility to obtain it.
• Experience in psychological assessment and evidence-based therapies.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, clinical interviews, and psychometric evaluations.
• Develop individualised, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Deliver individual and group psychological interventions.
• Assess and manage emotional, behavioural, cognitive, developmental, and mental health conditions.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt therapeutic interventions accordingly.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, therapists, nurses, and other professionals.
• Provide psychological guidance and education to patients and families.
• Identify and escalate clinical risks requiring further assessment.
• Maintain confidential and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, governance, quality improvement, and professional development.
