Job summary

Qualifications

• MSc in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution.
• Valid DHA License to practice as a Psychologist in Dubai.
• UAE experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in a hospital, clinic, medical center, or mental health setting.
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessment, counseling, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, professional, and patient-centered approach.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments, clinical evaluations, and patient consultations.
• Provide individual, family, and group counseling and psychotherapy.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Use evidence-based psychological interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records.
• Provide psychoeducation and appropriate support to patients and families.
