Job summary

GE HealthCare seeks a peri-operative training specialist to act as a subject-matter expert for anesthesia and peri-operative care products. You will lead clinical education sessions, support end-user adoption, coordinate training plans on-site or virtually, and contribute to new product introductions with customer collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in anesthesia/clinical settings, is a Registered Respiratory Therapist, and is willing to travel 60%+ within the US and Canada;

Responsibilities

• Support clinical end user adoption to GEHC Patient Care products including Anesthesia & Respiratory Care and Peri-Operative patient monitoring solutions
• Advance new product introduction (NPI) features and partner with customers to develop training plans
• Coordinate, schedule, and execute clinical system training onsite or virtually
• Collaborate with Product Marketing Team to identify customer satisfaction opportunities and assist in escalations
• Develop relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs)
• Drive sales process by conducting clinical product demonstrations and onsite evaluations

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent with 3+ years of Anesthesia technical/clinical industry experience
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (CSRT, Provincial body)
• Deep understanding of clinical education training and process implementation
• Experience delivering complex information to diverse audiences
• Willingness to travel extensively (60%+) within the US and Canada
• Valid driving record and proof of vaccination

Preferred Qualifications

• Residence in Ontario or Quebec near a major international airport
• Bilingual English/French
• Strong facilitation and organizational skills
• Proficiency in virtual facilitator skills
