About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Clinical and Application Specialist to support medical device implementations and clinical education across the TMEA region. This role combines technical know-how, clinical training, and strategic support to empower healthcare providers in effectively adopting and using our client’s solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Education & Training

  1. Conduct hands-on training for healthcare professionals on clinical use of medical diagnostic devices.
  2. Develop educational resources: clinical workshops, product videos, presentations, and support tools.
  3. Promote awareness of new medical pathways (e.g. Endocrinology & Bariatric applications).
  4. Support collaborations with pharmaceutical partners by drafting clinical workflows and co-developing educational initiatives.

Product Implementation & Support

  1. Work with sales and implementation teams to ensure smooth installations and integrations in hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
  2. Respond to clinical and technical inquiries from healthcare staff ensuring timely resolution.
  3. Support local trainers and application specialists in regional markets.

Clinical Consultation & Strategy

  1. Gather insights from the field to contribute to product development and clinical strategy.
  2. Build long-term strategic plans to expand product use in clinical and pharmaceutical environments.

Stakeholder Engagement

  1. Establish and nurture strong relationships with physicians, nurses, and healthcare administrators.
  2. Represent the company at medical congresses, industry events, and strategic meetings.

Profile Requirements

  1. Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Biomedical Engineering, or a related healthcare field (advanced degree preferred).
  2. Strong clinical background with a deep understanding of medical workflows.
  3. Experience delivering training in a healthcare or MedTech setting.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  5. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  6. Fluent in English and Native Arabic speaker.
  7. Willingness to travel up to 50% across the TMEA region.
