Responsibilities

• Own the clinical design of deployments from workflow discovery through configuration, testing, and go-live.
• Translate medical policies, guideline sets, and nurse workflows into clear requirements and acceptance criteria for engineering.
• Map undocumented clinical workflows by observing and interviewing health plan staff.
• Deep dive into utilization management, prior authorization, and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver fast proofs of concept by configuring and demonstrating the platform's clinical value.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clinical leaders to guide them toward optimal solutions.
