Job summary

Remotedxb in Dubai seeks a Staff-level Product Manager to lead practitioner tools across Clinical and Care, defining strategy and driving AI-enabled experiences.

You will identify opportunities to remove friction, shape safe, scalable workflows, and partner with clinicians, care operators, Engineering, Design, Data, AI/ML, Security and Legal.

Turn fragmented practitioner needs into a coherent roadmap, balancing platform leverage with near-term delivery while preserving clinical judgment.

Qualifications

• Staff-level product management with broad cross-functional scope.
• Ability to establish direction in an ambiguous space.
• Experience at the intersection of clinical workflows, care operations, and platform infrastructure.
• Experience with applied AI and AI-native platform infrastructure.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, AI/ML, Security, and Legal.
