Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Manager in managing day-to-day client interactions, follow-ups, and inquiries.
• Coordinate between clients, sales, marketing, and production to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM and generate reports on client activities and sales performance.
• Plan client events, product launches, and promotions to enhance engagement and brand loyalty.
• Research market trends and competitor activity in the perfume sector.
• Assist in resolving client issues and escalate when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
• Support upselling or cross-selling perfume products with the sales team.
• Handle scheduling, correspondence, and documentation related to client accounts.
