Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc invites applications for a role within the GPB (Global Private Bank) Relationship Management support team. You will provide high quality sales support to a team of Relationship Managers, helping to secure appointments and service their clients, while reducing RM's administrative workload.

You will handle client inquiries, manage data, prepare sales documents, and ensure smooth handoffs to the appropriate channels.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in financial industry and understanding of GPB products and processes.
• Ability to deliver client-focused solutions through strong communication and sales skills.
• Familiarity with branch operational procedures.
• Money Laundering Awareness Certificate preferred.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory governance in market.
• A graduation degree is essential for UAE visa and work permit; if degree from outside UAE, attestations/equivalency mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality sales support to a team of GPB Relationship Managers, focused on getting appointments for RMs and supporting servicing of their clients.
• Reduce the time spent on process and administrative tasks by RMs to increase capacity.
• Support RMs to manage client contact and service, including answering client calls, resolving enquiries, and facilitating smooth hand-offs to correct channels.
• Prepare and complete sales documents, manage data input and report generation, and liaise with support functions to fulfill client purchase requirements.
• Handle client enquiries and complaints related to the RM portfolio, resolving at first point of contact when possible and minimizing referrals to RM for routine transactions.
• Proactively respond to client interactions, updating client profile screens with contact details and maintaining knowledge of products and services.
• Support RM’s in executing suitable solutions for product areas to fulfill client needs and ensure follow up.
