Standard Chartered in Dubai is seeking a client service executive to manage queries across social media and other digital channels. The role includes engaging customers over calls, driving resolution, and supporting campaigns with customer insights.

You will handle inquiries, maintain high professionalism, and ensure adherence to KYC and AML policies while meeting service standards and targets.

Competenze

• Minimum qualification should be diploma holder / graduate.
• Solid communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with social media platforms and customer interactions.

Mansioni

• Handle customer social media posts and calls with professional, friendly responses.
• Moderate and respond to comments on social channels, ensuring timely resolution.
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate banking solutions in line with policies.
• Track and close cases within defined turnaround times and update customers regularly.
• Support marketing campaigns by providing feedback from customers and insights.
